How a Few Good Habits Led Me to the App Store
If you had told me ten years ago that I’d be building my own smartphone app in 2026, I would have told you that you're crazy. But it’s true. Today, I’m writing this to announce that my new habit-tracking app, "Habitz On Track!" is officially coming soon to the Apple App Store.
I recently started focusing on daily habit changes in my own life, and I’ve already seen a dramatic impact on my quality of life. It’s the little changes that truly add up to a disciplined lifestyle, and the reward is feeling amazing. Simple shifts—like eating three scrambled eggs every morning, getting to bed on time, or reading for 30 minutes before sleep—make a world of difference. Once you start structuring your life around positive habits, you'd be surprised how quickly positive change becomes your new norm.
A few months ago, I made the choice to give up alcohol—a habit I’d formed after my last relationship. Bad habits lead to bad decisions and a life filled with regret. I created this app to help others begin their own journey toward value, health, and well-being.
I designed Habitz On Track! to be clean, feature-rich, and easy to use. It includes deep customization, including custom habit inputs, daily notification reminders, and the ability to schedule habits for specific days of the week. It will be available for iPhones initially, with a possible Android release to follow.
Please give it a try once it launches—which should be a couple weeks after this post is published. I am currently approaching the final build and verification process with Apple. I hope it adds a little structure to your daily routine and provides a way for you to finally get back on track!
